The veins in your arms look blue and your face looks best next to a blue scarf like Cameron Diaz.
If this is you and your natural hair color is one of these:
Bluish black
Dark brown
Medium ash blonde
Golden blonde
And
Your natural skin color (no makeup or tan) is one of these:

Your eyes are blue or green: You can use shades with cool and ash tones, from beige to sandy blondes to brunettes with no red undertones (like plum or burgundy).
Your eyes are hazel: Choose medium brunettes (L’Oreal Preference 5A Medium Ash Brown) and then add gold highlights.
If your skin tone is cool and you’re a natural blonde you can wear the lightest shades of blond like platinum to ash blonde. Any shades of red should be cool and clear.
